Service Description
I offer Relaxation and Remedial Massage to release stress and tension, tight and sore muscles and joints and improve overall health and wellbeing. If you have private health fund please indicate which one so I can issue a receipt so you can submit a claim to your health fund. Please note Mobile Massage outside of 15km's CBD will incur a travel fee. Polyvagal and Fascial Release helps to calm and soothe the Vagus nerve and Nervous system and releases stress, trauma and tension out of fascia, muscles and body. It involves gentle touch and encourages body awareness to help individuals feel safe and promote healing from trauma. As the Vagus nerve connects the brain to various organs, including the heart, lungs, and digestive tract it improves function of all body systems and increasing calm and relaxation, reducing anxiety and depression by soothing the nervous system and restoring balance and harmony in body and mind.
Cancellation Policy
Please specify treatment when booking, ie: if Remedial Massage please specify which Health Fund you are with and include First and Last Name for your Receipt. Please also indicate if you are using a Gift Voucher. Thank you I look forward to assisting you in achieving your health goal Please note the following waiting periods apply: Covid Vaccine 21 Days and Flu injection 10 days this is in line with guidance from the Health Department, my Association and Insurance due to side effects and contra-indications to massage and some body treatments. Payment is expected on day of treatment by Cash, Eftpos or Bank transfer. If a Deposit is required the Deposit is non-refundable if less than 24 hr cancellation fee is given. All other Deposits will be applied to the next scheduled Appointment. Cancellation Policy A 50% cancellation fee will apply if less than 24 hours notice is given and your appointment time cannot be filled with another booking.
