Japanese Head Spa - is the newest overseas trend to hit our shores.  It is a relaxing Hair Care Ritual with Deep cleansing of scalp and hair using a special designed Shower Halo and Colour Photon therapy to repair, revitalise and invigorate scalp and hair.

Offer your clients a blissful blend of head massage,  scalp scrub with natural products , a royal and rejuvenating ritual designed to go beyond hair care and offer a holistic wellness experience.

You will learn how to give a Japanese Head Spa and a Face Cleanse & Hydration and other treatment options.

History, Theory (includes skin & hair anatomy/histology, types & conditions etc.), Benefits, Contra-indications, Equipment, Set up.

Shirodhara - is an ancient Ayurvedic healing therapy that involves  pouring warm herbal oil on the forehead and this stream of liquid has a profound effect the central nervous system. Calming and soothing sensations, calming the mind directly addressing the root cause of stress and tension. Most clients feel like they are in paradise and actually fall into a deep and restful sleep.

Shirodhara can be included in a Japanese Head spa, the 2 treatments complement each other.

You will learn Ayuverdic history, Dosha types, Oil info, Benefits, contra-indications, Euipment and Set-up and other treatment options. Also Includes how to give a Head Massage.
