Cancellation Policy
Please specify treatment when booking, ie: if Remedial Massage please specify which Health Fund you are with and include First and Last Name for your Receipt. Please also indicate if you are using a Gift Voucher. Thank you I look forward to assisting you in achieving your health goal Please note the following waiting periods apply: Covid Vaccine 21 Days and Flu injection 10 days this is in line with guidance from the Health Department, my Association and Insurance due to side effects and contra-indications to massage and some body treatments. Payment is expected on day of treatment by Cash, Eftpos or Bank transfer. If a deposit is required the Deposit is non-refundable if less than 24 hr cancellation fee is given. All other Deposits will be applied to the next scheduled Appointment. Cancellation Policy A 50% cancellation fee will apply if less than 24 hours notice is given and your appointment time cannot be filled with another booking.
